STATE OF THE ART CONSTRUCTION IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

COVI CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION, INC. is proud to be celebrating its 45th year in business. Paul “Covi” Bissin, President, has built his concrete contracting business on some basic management principles. We attribute our success on two basic principles: First, treat workers and clients in the same way you want to be treated and be prepared to work hard. Second, we have been known to tackle tough jobs. While there has been risk, there has been an opportunity to build a good reputation and COVI has earned loyalty and referrals in a very competitive market.

COVI CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION, INC. has enjoyed an outstanding growth pattern in the merit shop environment. Our job sizes vary from $500,000.00 to 50,000,000.00. Our reputation in the Southern California market is such that 100% of our business comes from repeat customer satisfaction and referrals.

We are prepared to do all kinds of concrete forming, placing and finishing work, tilt-up construction, and we are specialized in the design and construction of multi-level parking structures, podiums and office buildings, most of which involve post-tension technology. COVI also has an in-house masonry division which results in having better control over the quality and scheduling of the work at our projects.
The Company's workforce varies from 80-300. Our in-house staff currently numbers 10.

Our Management team includes Paul C. Bissin, President who actively participates in the day-to-day operations of the Company. He is responsible for the decision to bid, is actively involved in the bidding process, contract negotiations, and contract administration.
